1st Logo (January 27, 2021)
- Visuals:

On a black background, the left side has text that reads:
This is by...and the right side has a supposed profile picture, featuring the banana from The Amazing World of Gumball, Starfire from Teen Titans GO! on the upper-left corner, the 2010 Cartoon Network logo on the lower-right corner, and the text "Mama?" next to Starfire, all on a cyan background with multiple lasers creating something similar to a checkerboard pattern.

- The "profile" picture was first created on January 5, 2021.

- Availability:
- It only appeared in one unreleased video.
2nd Logo (April 23-June 21, 2023)
- Visuals:

On a black background, the text forms:
TheOrenetchiBoy23by adjusting the size. After about 2 seconds of the finished product being shown, the animation repeats in reverse.

A couple variants exist depending on the video. One has "Shorts" replacing "presents...".

- None.
- Availability:
- Seen on 5 unreleased videos, all in which don't have a name.
3rd Logo (July 22 - September 23, 2023, June 2024)
- Visuals:

On a red gradient background, a logo with an abstract letter A and the stacked text below it:
ALIENTECHGURU'Szooms in and fills up the screen. Then, the logo quickly zooms out to the center, and the text:
REVIEWSThe Road of the 3 Topicsin the Minecraft font fades in below. After 3 seconds, everything fades out. - Variant:

A closing variant exists where the logo is on a gray gradient background, and "Fin" quickly zooms in below.
- Trivia:
- This was the first official logo to use the AlienTechGuru name.
- Technique:
- 2D computer animation.
- Audio:
- A short two-note synth tune when the logo zooms out.
- Availability:
- Only seen on one unreleased video with an unknown name, however, the intro itself was published onto YouTube in June 2024, although the video is now deleted.
4th Logo (July 23, 2023)
- Visuals:
- On a yellow gradient background, the Abstract A logo as seen in the 3rd logo zooms in but quicker and to the center of the screen. Once the logo zooms in, the text "(C) 2023" appears in the same Minecraft font as before but slightly altered. Everything then fades out.
- Trivia:
- This logo never made it to any video, possibly because it wasn't that good.
- Technique:
- 2D computer animation.
- Audio:
- A hymn.
- Availability:
- It never appeared in any videos whatsoever, but a low-quality version alongside a high-quality image sequence was stored on AlienTechGuru's computer.
5th Logo (July 24, 2023)
- Visuals:
- On a black background, the white text "VHS" is seen in the top-left corner in a blocky font, as well as a filter supposed to make everything look like a 20th-century film. After 3 seconds, a grayscale version of the Abstract A logo zooms in whilst spinning. When it stops zooming in, the white text and the filter are removed, revealing that the Abstract A logo was actually light blue. White text "PRESENTS" scrolls from left to right on the bottom.

- Audio:
- The ATG jingle.
- Availability:
- It never appeared in any videos yet again, but for an unknown reason.
